Whom?
Justin Sun, born July 10, 1990, is a well-known serial entrepreneur in the blockchain industry. He is the founder of TRON Foundation and has served as the CEO of Rainberry Inc dba BitTorrent since June 2018.
Justin earned an MA from UPenn in 2013 and a BA in History from Peking University in 2011. He holds an MA from the University of Pennsylvania specializing in political economy.
Before the ambitious Tron project, Peiwo founded a popular live chat app in China with over 10 million registered users, and over one million monthly active users. Sun has been the president and CEO of the company.
In 2013, he joined Ripple Labs, where he successfully held the position of Senior Representative in Greater China and Advisor until 2016.

Finally, in 2017, he founded the Tron Foundation, which he claims to be “dedicated to building an infrastructure for a truly decentralized internet.” In February 2018, the union of Peiwo and Tron was constituted through the TRX tokens.
Since its inception, Tron has become one of the most active open blockchain and smart contract platforms in the world. Currently, it costs around 32 million users and has a solid portfolio of around 150 active DApps, averaging over a million transactions per day.
Tron stable-coin protocol is the source platform for the largest USDT circulation with $ 29 million, more than 50% of the global supply.

After observing El Salvador’s success in making legal money from bitcoin, Sun stated in an interview with CoinDesk that it is shifting its emphasis to legitimizing cryptocurrencies in Latin American nations.
At the moment, it implies serving as the ambassador of the government of Grenada to the World Trade Organization (WTO). In an open letter seen by CoinDesk, Sun outlined his own career aspirations. They include transferring at least some of its authority to the Tron blockchain and promoting blockchain and cryptocurrency in nations like Grenada.
“In the future, my profession will focus on the legitimation of blockchain technology by the nation-state,” said Sun.
