Press Release Distribution Guidelines

Cryptopress has established these guidelines for the distribution of press releases. While some press releases may be accepted, the outcomes of the distribution can vary, and the distribution is undertaken at your own risk.

Updated Press Release Publishing Guidelines

(Effective June 17, 2025)

These guidelines are designed to ensure your announcement is distributed effectively and meets editorial standards, making submissions that adhere to these criteria more likely to be approved and reach the right audience.

  • Circuits for Mining Companies: The only circuits available to mining companies are Copper, Silver, and Gold. Submissions on any other circuits will be rejected.
  • Focus on Timely, Newsworthy Content: Your release should highlight project-related updates, such as new features, service launches, strategic partnerships, or major milestones. Use clear, compelling terms like “launch,” “new,” “expansion,” or “upgrade”.
  • Focus on Your Own Company/Project: The focus of your press release should be on your own company or project, not someone else’s.
  • Title Quality: Place special attention to your title, as it is the most important part of your release. Do not try to tag along with unrelated news or introduce clickbait.
  • Valid City/Country: Start your press release with a recognizable city and the date of the announcement (e.g., “London, UK Jun 18, 2025 (Copper)”).
  • No Comparisons: Do not make comparisons to other services or companies.
  • Avoid Overtly Promotional Content: Do not include banner-style advertisements or overtly promotional images. The platform is designed for editorial-quality announcements, not advertising. If a document’s primary purpose is to sell without any other newsworthy element, it will be denied publication.
  • No Earnings Guarantees: Do not include charts, tables, or images that illustrate income, contracts, profit, or revenue. It is recommended to insert a hyperlink to your website page with this information instead.
  • No Implied Endorsements: Do not reference or imply an endorsement by any government, regulatory agency, or financial authority.
  • Verifiable Contact: A valid contact person must be provided for internal verification (this contact can be withheld from public view upon request).
  • Appropriate Visuals: All charts or images must be high-resolution and directly relevant to the content of your release.
  • Required Disclaimer for Mining-Related Press Releases: All mining-related press releases must include the following disclaimer: “The information provided in this press release is not a solicitation for investment, nor is it intended as investment advice, financial advice, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency mining and staking involves risk. There is potential for loss of funds. It is strongly recommended you practice due diligence, including consultation with a professional financial advisor, before investing in or trading cryptocurrency and securities”.

    • Advertorial Third-Party Reviews: Cannot be accepted in this format but can be distributed with revisions if they function as a timely announcement.
  • Written Authorization: For certain cases, such as major corporate announcements, written authorization from a company executive may be required before a press release is approved for distribution.
