Terms of service for content distribution

Cryptopress, referred to as “Cryptopress” or “We,” offers various services to users. Please refer to our contact page for information on how to get in touch with us.

By using our services, you, as the user (“You”), agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please carefully read and understand these terms before using our services.

Use of Our Services

You are required to comply with all policies provided within our services.

Using our services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with our services or the content you access. You may not use any content from our services without obtaining permission from the owner or as permitted by law. These terms do not grant you permission to use our branding or logos. Do not remove, alter, or obscure any legal notices displayed on our services.

Our services may display third-party content. The responsibility for this content lies solely with the entity making it available. While we may evaluate content to determine its compliance with the law and our policies, we reserve the right to remove or refuse to display content that we believe violates the law or our policies. However, please do not assume that we review all content.

We continuously strive to modify and improve our services. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we work diligently to provide the best possible service. However, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, placement, or media coverage for your press releases. If you have concerns about the efficacy of your press release, please reach out to us.

We may add or remove features or functionalities, suspend or discontinue a service entirely, or make other changes at any time. We may also stop providing you with services or impose new limitations on our services.

You are free to stop using our services at any time, although we would be sorry to see you go.

Your Account

Access to certain services may require a Cryptopress account.

Keep your account password secure to protect your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur on or through your account. Avoid using the same password on third-party applications. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, please notify us immediately.

When required, you agree to provide accurate contact and billing information to Cryptopress.

Billing

Some of our services are provided free of charge, while others, including but not limited to PR distribution, may have associated fees that are prominently displayed.

Cryptopress reserves the right to change its fees and charges at any time, as well as introduce new fees.

Confidentiality and Copyright Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle and protect your personal information when you use our services.

Some of our services allow for the submission or storage of content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in connection with this content.

By submitting or storing content through our services, you grant Cryptopress and our partners a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, publicly display, and distribute such content. This license remains valid even if you stop using our services.

Content Submission

Throughout the content submission process, you must comply with all provided policies.

All submitted content must adhere to our editorial guidelines, subject to change at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted content, even if Cryptopress has reviewed, edited, or created it for you. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of any submitted content. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or reject content or any other information.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate or infringe upon any third-party rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. Cryptopress is not liable for any copyright infringement related to images or videos used in submitted content.

You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding submitted content, including but not limited to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and spam laws.

We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for expenses incurred in response to regulatory requests or subpoenas concerning submitted content.

For users who continue to post content substantially identical to previously rejected content after being notified of violations, we reserve the right to remove credits from their account at our discretion and without compensation.

Press release credits are valid for one year minus ten days (or 355 days) from the purchase date.

Content Distribution

Our Services help you find news content on external websites. We provide links and brief descriptions of news articles to assist you in identifying articles of interest. However, Cryptopress retains all intellectual property rights to the Service, while the original news stories belong to the respective websites to which we link.

The Links may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights owned by Cryptopress or third-party content providers, also known as Publishers. You are not permitted to grant licenses, sublicenses, sell, assign, or transmit any of the Links without the explicit permission of the rights holders. Additionally, you must always acknowledge the Publishers as the source of the news articles.

The Links may include intermediate links that redirect to the original Publisher’s website. You are not allowed to remove, modify, or conceal these intermediate links or the accompanying code provided by us.

We reserve the right to modify the presentation of the Links, including their appearance, format, and the inclusion of advertisements and press releases.

The Links do not constitute endorsements by Cryptopress or its affiliates of any third-party sites or their content. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party sites or any information, content, products, or services accessible through them.

The Links cannot be used on sites that we deem inappropriate, such as those promoting discrimination, modifying Publishers’ names without permission, or violating intellectual property rights.

If you are a Publisher who doesn’t want your content to be syndicated, indexed, or linked by Cryptopress, please contact us to request the removal of such Links on a case-by-case basis.

Our Warranties and Exclusions

While we provide our Services with care and expertise, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, dependability, or availability of the information or materials displayed. We are not liable for the deletion, failure to store, or delivery of any content, or any damages resulting from accessing content through our Services.

Apart from what is explicitly stated in these terms, Cryptopress and its suppliers or distributors make no other promises regarding the Services. We offer our Services “as is” without any warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Cryptopress and its suppliers and distributors are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenues, or data, unless permitted by law. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms is limited to the amount paid for the Services. We are not liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Consumer Rights and Commercial Use

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, that organization agrees to defend and indemnify Cryptopress and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the Services.

General Terms

We may modify these terms, and any additional terms for a service, to reflect changes in the law or in our services. You should review the terms periodically, and any modifications will be effective fourteen days after being posted. However, immediate changes may apply for new features or legal purposes. If you disagree with the updated terms for a Service, you must stop using it.

Failure to enforce these terms does not waive any rights we may have. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Córdoba, Argentina. You agree to the jurisdiction of the federal and/or state courts of Córdoba, Argentina for any action related to your use of our Services. The prevailing party in any such action is entitled to recover all legal expenses, including attorney’s fees.
