Friday saw a decline in cryptocurrency prices as data showed that the rate of job growth in the United States was lower than expected. The riskier asset class is a clear reflection of macroeconomic worries.

Over the previous day, Bitcoin (BTC) has fluctuated in price between $19,323 and $20,075. Bitcoin has dropped -2.75% today, to a price of $19,460 (as of 18:00 UTC). At the same time that cryptocurrencies were falling, Ethereum was maintaining its $1,350 level.

The worldwide cryptocurrency market cap is $983 Billion, a -1.86% change in 24 hours and -58.63% change a year ago. Bitcoin’s market valuation is $373 billion, indicating 37.98% domination. Stablecoins have a 15.2% share of the global crypto market worth $149 Billion.

On Friday, the only exceptions to the general trend of declining cryptocurrency prices were Tron and Uniswap. BNB had a decline of 4%, which was followed by a decline of 3% in Shiba Inu. Dogecoin and Solana all had their value decrease by 2%.
